Kofta Preparation
- Step 1: In a mixing bowl, mix grated paneer, boiled potatoes, all-purpose flour, cumin powder, coriander leaves, chillies and salt.
- Step 2: Once nicely combined, form small balls. For a rich surprise, place a raisin or a bit of chopped cashew in the centre of each ball.
